complacency and not training main stats for 3 seasons came back to bite me on the bum....but I am more than happy to take the double of 2nds considering I have been rebuilding and have a QB that racked up the most tds this season with modest 12 passing (until a couple of weeks ago)

if you've got your main skills to a level where you want them. just train fitness on "all skills". over time they'll reach their caps whether you have knowledge of them or not.

or for fitness skill that are specific to a postion ie:- strength for OL, pick a time frame for what you wanna train them for, (like 10 weeks) and hopefully some will cap or get close to capping.

when you have the fitness centre and full fitness coaches, most players 30 points per week if fitness is focused on one skill. so 9 x 30 = 300. so each skill will got up by 3 or cap in that 10 week space.

if i didn't have a supporter account, i think that is what i'd do.
