So 2 frakking days before the call ups are closed (after I rushed to get the frakking list done) they come and say "ok, we thought it would be cool to postpone the whole frakking schedule for 1 week"?

IMO everybody is a loser after this decision. Well, everybody but those lazy managers (sorry but it's true) who didn't have their list set yet.
So, we're rewarding lazyness. Nice.

No no, that's not what I meant. I mean managers who are still scouting players and don't have their "full" list of options from which they'll pick their final 50.
I too won't pick my roster until the very last minute.

IMO this is just another mistake "by language". I guess I know what you mean. We will see after the first matches which managers were lazy and which not.

At least the german community did a hell of a job gathering skills from hundreds of players around the globe. The HC did only the easy job of sorting the jewels out. And I know from UK they did very similar! If I would have another wish to fulfill: Lets have a NT match ASAP...UK vs Germany

I asume the lists are ready for all coaches, but some of the managers want to wait til the last minute. At least this is what I heard from US as example.
