Yes it most definitely was. It was the first NT announcement, but that's gone now, we need a news archive.

It is the effect of doing it completely random and without seeding. Same for everybody.

The whole idea with Friday games have been a concern from the announcement. Injuries has to play a part, if not then there are no need for for 50 possible call-ups. I have already seen a player listed on a national team with an injury, so the chance that they will effect it high.

This leaves less than 150 minutes from injury moment to one hour before the first matches are played at 7:30. It simply isn't fair that national team managers will have to get up in the middle of the night or very early in the morning to check for injuries.

I would really suggest that the matches are moved to another day of the week.
